So I switched shifts, I used to work days so I could hit the gym after work which is best for me because my mind is awake and im motivated to work out especially after a long day. Now I am on afternoon shifts so I have to wake up and go to the gym, this is a lot harder for me as im just not mentally prepared/awake and so the first bit of my workout is me trying to get into it. Ive never really bought into the hype of the NO2 supps, but my uncle has been using BSN's NO Xplode and he really likes it. So I just wanted to come in here and see what you guys thought the best was.
