hey guys you think this will be a good pre workout stack
Ntkts 1-2 scoops 30-40 before working out along with Attack and Ancient Strength? can the powerchew creatine be used instead of ancient strenght? they are both creatine supps right? anyway would this be a killer pre workout combo and how long would you run it for 4-5 weeks then take a break like 4 weeks give ur body a break then run it again? Also on off days do you take the creatine or just on training days
