best Post workout drink??

Waxy maize right after workout then a protein shake 15 mins after.
 
yep, looks fine. Not sure what kind of build you have but if you are very lean and struggle to add weight like i do you want as many cals as possible in that shake and vice versa if you hold alot of fat.
 
thanks, yea im lean and am trying to add weight. should i use raw mcc with the waxy maize? or should i keep it with the protein shake? also the way i have it setup now without the waxy maize is it bad or can i get by with it?
 
Take the WMS and RawMCC mixed in water immediately post workout, then 15-30 minutes later drink your Myoplex shake.
 
The waxy maize will help with weight gain. IMO people with thinner builds (such as myself) need to be on high carb diets to gain fast.
 
You can sip BCAAs during your workout and also add them to the WMS post workout. Check out Xtend. JAM sells that as well.
 
Yeah that's it. Taking Amp02 pre workout and sipping the bcaa is fine. The bcaa is ideal to have mixed with the Wms post workout. I also like to take 5-10g of bcaa right when I wake up before breakfast. It really fires up anabolism and your metabolism.

So we have........

Amp02 thirty minutes pre workout
5-10g bcaa sipped during workout
40-60g WMS + 10g bcaa + 5g RawMCC in one liter of water PWO
Myoplex 15-30 minutes after your wms mix
Whole food meal with complete lean protein(meat) and complex carbs(rice or potatoes) 45-1 hour after your myoplex shake

This should have you good to go. This is very similar to what I do and it works great. Any other questions?!

i got one more quick question. how easly does rawmcc+bcaa+waxy maize mix together. because when i usually make my drinks i put the liquid in first and then the supplement to get a even mix. however when im at the gym the only way for me to do this is for me to put all the supplements in first and bring a bottle of water with me and add the water to the shake. so what im asking is, would i get a even mix if i add rawmcc+bcaa+waxy maize and then water? (ps its a shaker bottle)

It should mix up fine bro. I actually mix up my pre and post shake ahead of time and keep my PWO shake in a cooler while Im in the gym.
 
thanks sounds good to me. i have to like sprint back to my dorm so i can keep my body in the post-workout state. taking the drinks to the gym will be a lot easier.
 
Ok so I am willing to try anything at least once if I understand how it is beneficial to me so can somebody school me on how wms helps pwo cause I thought carbs are for energy and better for pre workout and protein and aminos better post workout.
 
is it posible to take too much glutamine? i weigh about 140 lbs and i was wondering if im taking too much. this is what i have right now. i take 5g of bcaa during workout and 10g of bcaa after workouts. and before i go to bed i take 5g of glutamine mixed with casien protein. is that too much glut?

PWO, I do 2 scoops of a custom shake I made at TrueProtein.com. I made it the following way:

75% Waxy maize starch
10% Pepto-pro
10% Instantized BCAA's
5% Leucine

I add 7 grams of S.A.N. Cubed (tricreatine malate) to that mix as well. 15 minutes later, I go with Dymatize Whey Isolate and add an extra 5 grams of glutamine peptides (from True Protein). 45min later, I eat a meal.
 
That looks like the ideal pwo shake imo. I really want to try peptopro. You should consider adding some glycerol and sea salt to that mix. Glycerol can be bought cheap at walmart and mixing it with that shake would give your muscles "super hydration".
