Best peer-to-peer mp3 sharing program?

I just replaced a defective hard drive and need to get a program to download mp3's, videos and other media. Which is the best, fastest, most reliable etc? I used to have Kazaa but I've heard that it comes with spyware or something like that. Is this true? Any advice would be appreciated.

the search takes a couple more seconds than kazza so sometimes you will want to close the window before giving it a chance.

also, they have music, but other media selection is bad... i put porn up and i was a popular asshole for awhile...
