Best Part of your Day/Worst Part of your Day

Best part of day:
1. Being able to do some sort of press lift, incline barbell, for pretty much the first time in 6-7 weeks because of rotator cuff injury.

2. Not having anything to put below.



Worst part of day: see above
 
Worst part of the day... well, to be honest, nothing. I'm not bragging, it's just all that good.

Best part of the day... the gym! It was push upper day so we did board presses, steep dumbell inclines and a bunch of auxillary lifts.
 
Today was pretty bad. The best part was probably when I tried meditating. I have heard that if you meditate properly you feel an intense sense of peace. I have only felt that once, but I almost got there again today. But I've only seriously meditated about 5 times.
 
worst part is the morning, best part is afternoon right after work
 
best part: 6am orgasm
worst part: 9pm migraine
 
Best Part - I found waldo in this where's waldo picture I've been investigating for about a month now. I usually spend about an hour on it each day. Today I finally nailed that sucker with the red and white stripes ...cant fool me. No sirrie.

Worst Part - I flipped the page and am stuck again....

I'd like to say that looking at where's waldo book's is my forte, but I'm not the best at it, and I'm sure to consider something someone's forte, they have to be atleast half-decent, no? Is this what I'm known for? God...what have I become...my life is about the search of a nerdy, toque-wearing man...on printed paper. IT's 2 DIMENSIONAL, it only goes so far!! He can only hide so many places...fuck.
