that is just 1 aspect of mantaining gains. I usually keep a supplement stack. right now its N2Matrix and unleashed.
but there are many more steps
1. lifestyle (sleep, diet, working out)
2. motivation.. changing up your music, gym, friends helps.
3. having a strong base BEFORE juicing. whatever you looked like before juice is what you will look like if you do not keep killing it. don't depend on juice to gain muscle.
