ok guys. I personally struggle to keep gains after cycle and go into the depressing mode when i start to see my weight and strength decrease. Just wondering what you guys use to keep that pumped feeling and maintain that hard earned muscle! cheers!
Need to eat ex: if your 180 b4 u start and 190 at end of cyc you need to consume enough calories to maintain 190. Cardio plays a factor in this if you do it. Ull loose water weight no matter what but you can keep over 50% of your gains. Try sarms is good for this creatine that ck mentioned. Beat alinine is really good some b3 non flush pwo.
If your getting depressed u need a better pct it sounds like. Get ur blood work done
