Best Nutrition Certification

Anyone have any advise on the best nutrition cert to get? A friend got hers through lifestyle management but there are so many out there just trying to get anyones thoughts on one being better than others. thanks.

I had a hard time finding more than a couple worth considering. There are "so many" personal trainer certifications, but very few fitness nutrition ones.
