Best Natural product to keep Thyroid up?

coconut oil is very good,my mom uses it ,and there are a bunch of people using it,I will give a link when I come home tonight for you so you can read up on it

I know of a formula that obliterates every single Post-T3 formula hands down.

And its NOT T3 or T4, you should be concerned about....its TSH. TSH governes the release of T3 and T4 from the thyroid gland.

Zip is just ORAL 7-keto DHEA, nothing spectacular. Old news.

??????? Well?????

Fonz knows very little about anything... :)

I'm keeping my secrets from now on.

But I do have to say one thing. Oral 7-Keto DHEA products do not work unless you go past the 300mg/day range, and you will suffer low T3 levels for at least 2 weeks before anyhthinh happens. Zip also doesn't address the major lethargy associated with low T3 levels. There's a product out there(new...not very expensive) that gets rid of this problem extremely effcetively.

Have you tried it? Would you say it is better than gugglesterones?

According to Big Rick Rock that is one of the key ingredients!

RADAR

There are many kinds of gugulsterones...2/5% Extract, 105 Extract and Synthetic E-Z Guggulsterones.

Knowing PF and NM they chose the cheapest and the ones that doesn't work.

Heck...NONE OF THEM WORK. Guggulsterones HAD NO MARKED effect on T4-T3 conversion in every study I have seen.

And I have tried them all while I was experimenting for an acne treatment.
