Best Multi-Vitamin

From you guys experience, whih is the best multi out there? I have always been a Universal Animal Pak kind of guy but look at all those pills...lol
Recently I have tried a multi called "Orange Triad" and it seemed to be pretty good. Other than those, its been Flintstones, so I am here looking for a little input. Thanks guys!

Melaleuca Oliga vitamins. They claim that you absorb 80% more of the Vitamin compared to other brand names and it's the only one I've actually felt better after taking for a bit. I find I have more energy and feelings of well being.

I like Opti For Men. While I have gone periods using the Sam's multi vitamins and find them to be "ok", I tend to feel a little healthier on Opti. Also my pee has more nutrients in it. That might be a sign of waste, but at least I am getting all that my body can process.

NO, it serves a different purpose. N2GUARD is amulti with liver support but the vit/.min complex isn't quite as extensive. Both great products.

Avoid cheap generics, they're notoriously underdosed and often not digestible.

DX7 is available from Orbitnutrition.

OptiMen from Optimum Nutrition works well for me. Animal Pack sucked for me tbh. Alot of pills that only made my hands smell like a cheap cider lol.

Need2guard has EVERYTHING. But NOW Adam is a decent straight multi for guys.

N2GUARD and DX7 are multis specifically for bodybuilders -- N2 while on cycle, and DX7 while off.

my favorite is orange triad, just cuz its loaded as fuck, and hasnt (as i see it) missed a thing, digestive complex, joint complex... full range of vitamins, and if u split dose it.. 3 caps a day 1 bottle last three months

ANAVITE by Gaspari,,,, with beta alanine and L-Carnitine L-tartrate. Claims to increase androgen receptor density and vasodilation and N.o levels. Tell u the truth I felt kinda of a rush on it,, but then again that can be acheived with high B complex and L arginine in it. Saving my months supply of it for a upcomin winter cycle Tell u the truth; walmart brand will suffice,,, im just sayin tho,,, if u got a few dollars and want some thing "flashy",,,,, i kno some jacked dudes on the walmart brand.........

i must say im glad u agree, my reasoning is alot of because unlike animal pak u take one and it has 1/6 of everything

split dose... and you get 3 months a bottle = dirty ass deal.

i have a bunch in my room but i might try dx7 for kicks cuz nelson seems to like it.
