What's the best thing you can eat in the morning for:

cutting diet
post-workout (cardio, not lifting)
hi protein, no simple carbs

Need something quick, simple that doesn't taste like ASS! Ideas?

call me stupid and olsfashioned but the thing i like best in the morning still is oatmeal with some prot. powder mixed into it :D

on monday/tuesday/thursday/friday
its 40gramprotein/20gram carbs

after my am workout thats bfast since my gym is in the city no time to eat.........

wednesday/saturday/sunday
1/2cup cottage cheese/1/2cup oatmeal mixed with pysulin husk for more fiber and 5-6eggwhites

If i'm not doing morning cardio my meal will look similar to this while cutting.
3 whole eggs, 2 whites
1 can of vienna sausage
1 cup of milk mixed w/ whey and tablespoon of flax.

If doing cardio... i wrote ya a novel bro in the supplement board. lol.

1st meal should be oatmeal or 6scrambled eggs, postworkout eat a high protein meal like steak

i have a high protein shake with no carbs, but add 1/2 soy milk , 1/2 h20 for some carbs to keep me going for about 1.5-2hrs. then ihave a meal, egg whites 1 yolk spinach and sometimes a bit of flax

Damn man, you know my attention span isn't nearly that long :p

Seriously, good info as always bro, thanks. Wrote you back over there. What I need is a good am meal for post-cardio.
