Im looking for a good meal replacement, so i can get my food intake up to 7 meals a day to make the most of my current bulking cycle.
What would you recommend? I take n large 2 post workout which is good for a weight gainer but im looking for something with plently of carbs but not from sugar to fit in during the day.
Any ideas would be great.
