Best meal replacement shake for cutting?

Anyone know of the best meal replacementshake to consum while cutting? I cant seem to find anything?

here is what my diet consists of...

grilled or baked chicken

almonds

cottage chesse

green veggies

egg whites

Anything else anyone thinks I should add? thanks for your imput. :chomp:
 
It'll be a lot easier to help if you lay out your diet by meal # and time

EX.
Meal # - Time - Food
Meal # - Time - Food

And the best mrp you could take would be a homemade one, the ones you'd by at the store have way to much sugar or calories. Mix in 2 scoops of whey into 20 oz. of water, 1/2 cup of oats, and a spoonful of natty pb, blend and enjoy. But again, whole food is better than relying on shakes.
