best mass building routine

loads of different routines on the training board, take a read and see which one works for you

but 5x5 is a good program

Personally I think that if you start 5x5 in conjunction with the cycle, it is not going to work optimally. Part of the idea behind 5x5 is intensity cycling, and you have to start with relatively low weights and build them up week by week. If you're going to do a cycle, I say start the cycle once you're in an intense phase of 5x5.

Would 5x5 b good for mass building, im looking for the best mass building routine wihle on AAS.

There is no such thing as a "best mass building routine" for what works for one won't neccessarily work for the other...You must experiment a little and find what works for your body....

I've found the 4 day split; training one major bodypart per 7 days works for me without leaving me feeling overtrained by the end of the week....Some like training each bodypart twice a week...I tried it, and started feeling burnt out by the 2nd week...so again, you must find what works for you and the only way to find it, is to try the 5x5 routine and see....Also your training routine should be based on if you are training heavy for mass or lighter....if you are going heavy thus keeping reps between 6-8 then you will burn out very quickly if you train each bodypart twice a week...but if you are going lighter thus keeping reps in the 12-15 range then you can get away with training each twice a week...of course you will have to decrease the sets per bodypart...

for me i can do every part twice a week and stay in the 6-8 rep range and not be burnt out at all, so its just how your body reacts and recovers

It's more so based on the amount of sets you do per body part per day then just how well you recover....For my large muscle groups I do 15-20 sets and rest it for 7 days...I guarantee if you do the same amount sets a day twice a week, you will hit the catabolic state very rapidly.....
