I'm looking for recommendations for iPhone apps for keeping track of workouts, progress, nutrition, etc.? iFitness looks popular, but I wish it had a nutrition tracker. Anyone using one that the like and would recommend? Thanks.
Awesome. Thanks for the feedback. Do you happen to know whether iFitness can calculate your 1-rep max? For example, if you put in 235 lbs x 6 reps, will it tell you that your 1-rep max for that set is 272? I saw this feature on Gym Buddy, and really liked it, but otherwise iFitness looks much better.
