Best formula for joints?

Im looking to find something that has Glucosamine, Chondrontin (sp?), MSM and anything else that helps joints instead of having to take these seperately. I saw some kind of liquid stuff that had all this and more but Id prefer pill form.

Any ideas?

This isn't a supplement, but oily fish has really improved my joint health a great deal.

I use Joint Care by Beverly. I loaded a bottle taking three 5 times a day until it was gone then moved to maintenance or the recommended dosage....

All you need to do is balance your Omega 3 intake with your current Omega 6 intake. Omega 6 can act as an anti-inflammatory but when your Omega 3:6 ratio is out of balance, Omega 6 can have the opposite effect. Most western diets are very high in Omega 6. Other than that, just keep yourself properly hydrated.

I used the MSM liposomal cream on my left elbow and it worked well. Fish oils/Walnuts and Omega's as Kian said as well. Ginger/Garlic/Cayenne pepper capsules are another alternative.

Cissus is one of the main ingredients in AX's Hyperdrol isn't it? I saw a few people mention decrease joint pain after using the trial supplement for a month.
