Panama city is O.K, but it's no Cancun. Cancun is the place to be on spring break. And daytona is not what it used to be anymore and south padre is not comparable to cancun either. And please avoid key west unless you are gay.

Jamaica - fun as hell. not the crazy Cancun atmosphere, if that's what you're looking for. but plenty of hot chicks, great water and beaches, FANTASTIC and CHEAP herb, cool locals.

Mazatlan, Mexico - definitely not a crazy party place. easy to get many diff drugs, good strip clubs, great beaches, amazing food.
