What is y'all's take on eggs ? How many a day is too much ? And are they a good source of the essentials you need ? Everything I've been reading leads me to believe their not to fattening and have alot of benefits from them.

Yes sir I get fresh eggs from a couple places around me. Them double yolks are the bomb . Thanks for your input. I'm just trying to simplify my diet to as few basic things as Ibro as long as you buying fresh eggs and you not allergic they awesome. i get fresh eggs from ranch. i got 20 chickens
Thank you sirKeep it simple. Eliminate processed foods. Stick to lean meats, grass fed beef, raw fruits and veggies, nuts, whole eggs.
Thanks I can do the tuna in water but not crazy about the chicken too much.Canned chicken, canned tuna works for me for my protein intake
