Well since I spent this weekend in Columbus Ohio, I had Donatos Pizza which is a must if you ever go there.

We gots them here...
Thin crunchy crust and Crispy almost burned pepperoni on top.. MMmMMmm

I managed to do fairly well myself.

Saturday: Two Myoplexes to start the day..........................and then.....

Two 8 oz Filets, with a badass bernaise sauce, baked potato, a huge ceasar salad, and about three pounds of cantaloupe, watermelon and strawberries.


Sunday: Whoa Nelly..........I ate roughly my bodyweight in BBQ. Burgers, Beer Brats, Chicken Wings, potato salad (Mother in Law's...mmmmmm good)..Nacho Dip, Crab Dip (real crab...mmmmm good) not sure how many Corona's, but more than 12. And topped it all off with a half of a Strawberry Pie.

Man I love me some 4th of July.

it was post workout so i had a bit extra. ok a lot extra

We had a small BBQ - I had bratwurst and cole slaw which I love and haven't had in ages. (If you have any German in you whatsoever you understand the appeal of the bratwurst -the only thing missing was red cabbage.)

For a follow up there were lethal fudge/walnut brownies with fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
