here's what Mongo said:

He does a shitload of cardio work, and he's a tall guy. He probably doesn't eat all that much as a triathlete (most of it gets burned anyway)
100mg of test prop EOD, 0.5mg of Arimidex ED and 50mg of winny ED orally would be a good start.
He could give low dose Tren on his next cycles (very anticatabolic) but for some Tren hinders Cardiovascular abilities
