Best fat burner that doesn't ruin cardio?

Best "fat burner" that doesn't ruin endurance/cardio in any way?

I was considering dropping a weight class, and considering the help of t3 and/or clen to do it. Do either of these two compounds ruin your cardio and/or training capacity? I was afraid to try clen because I hear about how it "scars your heart" and that surely doesn't sound like a good thing for my cardio nor my lifespan. Does T3 have any "negative cardio effects"?

If your worried about safety I'd be careful with T3. Taking it recklessly can alter your bodies normal function and give you a permanent thyroid deficiency. Oh, not to mention "EAT" muscle. Do more research.

A couple of my friends that played college football ate clen like candy they swore it improved their 40's and reaction speed although I personally can't vouch for that so I don't know about clen "ruining cardio" guys have been doing highly cardiovascular sports while on clen for years.

explain "ruin your cardio"

im clueless..

Yeah, that was a dumb way to put it. What I basically mean is which would be safest to take while pushing my heart rate to the max w/ anaerobic training? Ephedrine would have a good chance of making me collapse dead...stuff like DNP, Dbol, & Fina make me super lethargic and enduranceless. I guess my question is which would be SAFER to take, knowing that I'll be getting my heart rate WAY up, and also that I'll need full energy for sparring, etc. Let me be super specific:

1. Does T3 make you lethargic?

2. Does Clen have the same heart-attack type risks as ephedrine?

3. Would the "heart-scarring" properties of Clen mean anything to my cardio/endurance in the short term (can't be having that as an endurance athlete)? Or just make me die a few years earlier (don't give a fuck about that "side effect" lol)??

Thx

I know all about T3 and it's risks, and wouldn't take it "recklessly". My only question really is....does it make you lethargic? A little muscle loss is acceptable, and I'll surely do it carefully as to avoid any permanent thyroid problem. Just covering all the bases, thx

So..."clen like candy" during football training and no problems? I'm assuming that clen's "heart-scarring" effects wouldnt negatively impact my endurance/cardio?

Potential side effects according to Anabolics 2005...

heart palpitations, agitation, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, headaches, and psychic/metabolic disorders

Lethargy not mentioned but "shortness of breath" could be a warning.
