just a general question wether its otc or black market i am interested in loosing water, just curious to see how much more shredded i could get if i use something to help me lose water, i have read about dandelion root as far as otc goes but i also have read that lasix is a good supp as well. any first hand exp?

lasix is dangerous, dont touch it. Go with something that is potassium sparing like diazide, thats what I use and dropped 15lbs in 2 days

Yes lasix is dangerous, does hyponatremia or hypokalemia sound scary to you? well it should. .Anyhow, What you would like to get is a potassium sparing diuretic, such as amiloride, spirolactone (aldactone, most commonly used IMO) and dyrenium. Problem is that these probably wont produce a diuretic effect to the same extent as a loop diuretic (Lasix), but still is effective along with careful diet + water intake.

Muscleology.com Has A Product Called Dpx The Best Water Shed Product I've Ever Had ,i'd Put It Up Against Lasix Or Aldactone Any Day, With Out The Nasty Sides, Just Pulls Water From Under The Skin Not The Muscle Awsome Product Check It Out You Guys Will Love This.

when I bulk and my blood pressure starts to get to high I usually use a 10mg lasix 3 times per week. I have never had any problems. I always make sure I take extra potasium on thoes days.

Liquid,

A great OTC diuretic is Taraxatone by Cytodyne. No bullshit. As long as you give yourself a weeks time and clean up your diet, it should definitely do the trick. I experienced zero side effects compared to those of Lasix or Aldactone. I should mention Aldactone wasn't bad and not nearly as harsh as Lasix. Give the Taraxatone a try.

Good Luck!

Common side effects include weakness, muscle cramps, fatigue, dizziness, fainting, confusion, irregular pulse, nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.

Technically Lasix belongs to a class of drugs known as loop diuretics, which will cause the body to excrete water as well as potassium, sodium and chloride. Loop diuretics including Lasix are among the strongest such drugs available, having an extremely dramatic effect on fluid levels in the body. Potassium levels need to be particularly watched, Lasix greatly increasing the amount excreted. The use of a prescription potassium supplement therefore is often required to keep levels in balance, otherwise a serious heart complications might develop. Mistakes in potassium dosage have equally serious consequences, so Lasix is clearly a risky item to use.

Lasix dangerous because it robbs body of potassium and you cramp up. You could look into some quinine sulphate as this prevents cramping. I dont have much info on it though.

Anyone else use this?

your muscles cramp up..
the heart is a muscle.

thus lasix=potentially dangerous.

aldactone at 100mg a day should do a fine job taken for 5-7 days straight.

I dropped 15lbs of water in 2 days, with no health problems, with just diazide

i am not going to do a show or anything, i simply want to see if there would be a significant diff if i used a diuretic a wk or so before pct just to have a feel how much i really weigh minus the water weight, i am not willing to go to desperate measures to do this, just simply a idea that popped up

Taraxatone by Cytodyne. No joke. It should be just right for what you want.

and take how many a day for how long?

Just take the recommended dosage for 1 to 2 weeks. 1 is usually enough in conjunction with a proper diet.
