Best detox?

Ok, I'm feeling like I need to go thru a detox. I've had a lot of back pain the last couple of weeks and been hitting the pain meds heavy. The pain is better now and I'm feeling really tox'ed up.

I want it now so I don't want to mail order it - sorry Nelson, et al.

So over the counter, maybe GNC or whatever. Personal experience is preferred.

Anthony Roberts has a detox on isteroids.com. Just using stuff in your kitchen, although I haven't ever done the program myself though. Most detox programs just clean your colon and I don't know if that is what you are going for.

I just feel sluggish and not 100% focused. I'm pretty sure it's all the muscle relaxers and pain meds.

I just laid around all day sunday and doped up with muscle relaxers and cortico steroids. I actually felt pretty good today. I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow or wed if this keeps up.
