I have really weak grip strength so i been trying to improve it by working it twice throughout the week....but i'm afraid i might be overtraining my forearms.I did bi's did and my extensor's were sore as hell for whatever reason...
i try to do farmers walk and static holds twice a week and forearms once a week.
i do needsize's 5x5 routine and my split looks like this
day 1- chest/shoulders
day 2- back/traps
day 3 and 4 - off
day 5 - bi's/tri's
day 6 - quads/calves
day 7- off
when would be the best time to train grip and forearms?
