best cycle with what i have. help a bro out

whats up guys.

my brother just unloaded some stuff on me.

what would you guys say is the best way to cycle it?

he handed me 20 ml of boldenon (200 mg) approx. 12 ml of test enan (250)
and 100 dbol (3mg)

i was thinking

400 mg ganabol week 1-10
15 mg of dbol week 1-5
500 mg test week 1-6

he told me to throw the dbol in at the end of the cycle not the beginning

what do you all suggest

btw, im 5'11" 160. never one to have muscle mass but im shredded to the bone. i have more the ripped model look and am looking to add maybe 10-15 lbs of muscle if possible
 
Looks to be good for what you have to work with. Maybe try to score up some more test, if thats not possible you could drop the dosage and run it for 10-12 weeks. 250mgs is'nt alot of test but if its (I assume) only your first cycle you will see some decent gains. I ran QV enan. and QV deca at 250/300mgs a week for 12 weeks my first cycle and gained a little over 25 lbs. kept about 20.

Run the dbol starting around week 6 or 7. The effects of dbol will taper after 3 weeks any way so it's pointless to run it 5 weeks so you can bump it up to 20mg daily. Also stretch the test out as long as possible for you need to give it time to work. 6 weeks is not long enough. With Boldenon, you need to run it at least 12 weeks to see the true benefits of it. It's a very slow acting steriod, but if all you have is enough for 10 weeks then it's what you have to deal with. Basically, out of the amount of gear you have don't expect to get 10 to 15lbs of muscle, it's not going to happen even for a newbie. Contrary to belief too many guys just look at the scale and say hey I gained 20lbs of muscle on this cycle, but the truth is, only 40% of that was actually muscle!You may get about 6 to 8lbs of muscle and the rest water. You need to train very heavy keeping your reps between 6 to 8. Also you will need around 300g of protein daily. The fat and carbs are up to you for only you know your metabolism and will have to adjust accordingly and looking at your stats, you are probably an ecto which means you will not put on 15lbs of muscle in 10 weeks unless you double the dosages of your gear which is still questionable! Train each body part once per week and do as many compound exercises as possible. The large body part will need around 12 to 15 sets and the smaller body parts 6 to 8 sets. Keep it real, don't expect miracles, train hard, and stay disciplined! Good luck!
 
weeks 1-10 Test 250mg/week
weeks 1-10 400mg/week dbol @15mg/week
weeks 10-13 Dbol 15mg/day

I wouldnt start the dbol at week 6. Start it at week 10 and forever how long you can run it for. Start PCT week 13. Run the dbol all the way up until PCT to give the long chain esters a chance to clear from your body. This will also help you retain gains as you wont slowly slip into catabolism as they clear.
 
if this is your first cycle..you will gain a weight that is close to 10 pounds..you don't need megadoses of gear!!! 250mg test for 10 weeks and 30mg dbol blow me up to 20 pounds on my first cycle.
so you gonna be fine..dont forget PCT
 
Since this is probably your 1st cycle, my suggestion is to only run 250mg/wk
of the test for 10 weeks. It's never a bad idea to start off with test and keep it low.
This will allow you to see how your body reacts to it. Now I know you're not going to listen to that, so here's my 2nd suggestion.
1-10 test-e 250mg/wk
1-10 eq 400mg/wk
save the dbol for another time, it's a bit too harsh for a 1st cycle. IMO

The guy wants 10 to 15lbs of muscle from his first cycle and he's also an ectomorph. If he takes away the dbol, he not going to come even close to his goals I guarantee that one! Remember there is a difference between just wanting to gain 10 to 15lbs vs wanting 10 to 15lbs of muscle. Dbol is one of the most powerful muscle builders ever next to drol!

Exactly why he shouldn't use it on a 1st cycle.

I've been in his shoes before, we are the same height, but I weighed 10lbs less than him. Trust me, if he gains 15lbs of anything, he is gonna be happy.

Besides, I know guys who started off with only a few hundred mg's of test on their 1st cycle and put on 10lbs to 15lbs of actual muscle. Granted not everyone has the genetics do that, but it's not completely out of the question either.

That makes sense as well, however I'm also an ectomorph and put on 8lbs in about 4 weeks and bf didn't move, but I knew it alot had to be water from dbol. However now in week 7 with 300mg of test and 400mg of EQ, I'm only up another 4lbs and I can tell the weight is a little different and more solidified. Need I also note, this is my first cycle, but I've been reading up on it for years, and I've been training and dieting off and on for 10 years so I'm damn good at it and know my body very very well. My diet is a muscle building diet, not a weight gaining diet meaning "I want no fat" so my gains are slow! I'm sure that he doesn't have that experience behind his belt and will not see much from EQ if any at all in only 10 weeks so he will be relying on test to push his 10 to 15lbs of muscle in 10 weeks. It ain't going to happen without help from dbol! Now if he does gain 10 to 15lbs in 10 weeks he's going to lose half of that in about 4 to 6 weeks because I guarantee that it will not be solid and if it is solid, it will be solid fat! Test is beautiful but at 250mg, he will not see 10 to 15lbs of solid muscle in 10 weeks! Regardless of this being his first cycle, as long as he uses liver detox he will be fine for he will only reach that goal with the amount of gear he's using with something a bit more powerful..DBOL! I think you should get some more test. 250mg isnt going to do that much. 500mg/week would be ideal. 400mg of EQ for 10 weeks isnt going to do all that much either.

Wait it out till you have more gear, not saying that you wont see results with the stuff you have but something better could be brewed up.
