I don't understand why people look at cycles as "mass" building. EVERY cycle should be mass building. Most people call "mass" and "bulking" cycles a reason to get fat. Then end up doing a so called "cutting" cycle to shed the fat water.
Take that weight up 10 pounds and keep it. Then another 10 pounds. etc...
