I have just finished my first cycle of deca and d-bol and love how I look now.
I'm thinking of juicing again in a few months for summer, I'm wanting to know what is the best cycle for holding onto your gains. I'm really not bothered about instant size, I just want to be able to keep the gains. I know this is mainly to do with post cycle recovery, but surely there must be one really good cycle for quality gains.
