Hey all, I was wondering what all you thought the best kind of creatine is?? like 100% pure kind.. I have EAS Phospahgen, not The HP just the white powder kind.. I wanna get somethin else to put on some size and strength.. anyone know anything??

Regarding bloat, creatine is creatine..kind of like how test is test. Diff brands of creatine dont work on different pathways, they all work the same, the only real variable is absobtion. Once its in you, all creatine acts the same.
