if it were my first cycle i'd do

250test 300deca for 10 weeks

for the first cycle, test/deca (or eq istead of deca would be better) is ideal, i suggest 50/50 breakdown, say 400mg/test+400mg/deca per week, some will get away with running less (300+300)
