AGREED!!
I almost always do inclines first (I'm not worried about the weight when I get to flat bench) This has really made a difference over the last year. Just make sure u mix it up w/ DBs ans BBs.

Definatly Agree on hitting Incline Bench 1st, But I usually work around flat, and go straight over to Decline bench.. After that it's usually dumbell fly's for sets of 12. Have a pretty good chest and seen alot of gains so something is working.. Have to try out weighted dips though. Throw that in Tommorow..
