So whats the best bodybuilding vid besides pumping iron? Yes I know this has probably been posted before,but I am not platinum and searching is a bitch. I was thinking of getting Jays new vid Ripped to Shreds, Ronnie Coleman(Unbelieveable), Battle for the Olympia 2004, And maybe Dexter Jackson vid. Whats some good ones that show more than just working out like at home, or just livin there everyday lives? Don't get me wrong though. I do want to see some intense training.
