Best big city to live in in the United States

Atlanta sucks,,,has no culture.....New York City is the best city on earth, other than London.

Santiago, Chile - If I could only find a decent job there...

Dallas Ft.Worth ain't bad. Also partial to Vegas.


Places I've lived that don't measure up to those two:

Manhattan, Brooklyn, D.C., Los Angeles, Buenos Aires

Places I've visited that didn't seem to measure up (not as good a sampling)

Philadelphia, San Francisco, Miami (althouth South Beach is cool), Chicago, Denver, London, Madrid, Houston


Places I'd like to know more about - seem pretty cool

San Diego, Austin, Atlanta, Charleson S.C., Montreal, Ottawa

new york city is the best..after 20 some odd years off living here well the city/longisland....ive come to the conclusion iwant to experience more and all that...new york isnt the healthiest place to live....all aspects...im such a city boy but Could see me goin somewhere down south..its another world out there. When i first went to florida and carolinas etc.etc.... it was like why the hell is everyone so nice and friendly acting likethey known me wholelife yaknow...? just all roundbetter place to live down south...anyone add to this>?

I for one Like Orlando, Not the biggest city but Indeed a good one nice area Some good upper class homes.

I like NEW YORK NEW YORK.......

Allways something to do and always money to be made.

yea i agree but im sick and tired of all the bullshit that goes along with NY everyone is in such a fucking hurry...to where? NOWHERE! its so fucking stupid i can't stand it.People are just flat out assholes here too but I guess you get that everywhere.IM notbasing NY im from here since iw as born 20 years ago. Just seems to me florida is where its at....the fine women.....the beaches ...the people in general...spring training..lot ofsports..........etc etc i could go on. NY is a very stressfull place

San Diego. Beautiful women, nice weather, and the traffic is not bad. plus close to the border and ocean.

Try Buffalo. Its like NYC with a down-home flavor.

Or Sacramento, CA.

Pheonix is nice.
