Near the end of my first cycle and hav packed on some serious size, about 30lbs in total, problem is have put on a bit of fat aswell due to eating so many cals. So i am planning my next cycle which i will probably do in about 3 or 4 months time and its goin to be more of a cutting cycle.
I know when it comes to losing bodyfat, it all comes down to diet and cardio, but what im looking to find out is what would be the best AS to take while cutting to help me keep all my muscle or maybe even put on a few lbs.
Have tried cutting a few times and always seem to lose my strength big time so i end up losing a lot of muscle aswell as fat.
