Best Anti Estrogen

AT 500 Sus a week and 200 mg Deca a week for 8 weeks. Which Anti Estrogen would be better and which i begin to use it.
I was thinking clomid for 2 weeks but i hear Nolvadex is good but it kills you gains.
Any suggestions.

i would not even think about using an anti-e with that low dose. Eliminating estrogen hinders your gains, regardless of the type of anti-e. Maybe SERMs do more harm than aromatase inhibitors, but both will lower your potential gains in a mass cycle. Sure, keep nolva on hand in case you develop gyno, but you will never know where your threshold level is when you take anti-e right from the beginning.
but if you really want to take an anti-e, .5 mg arimidex or 1.25 mg femara or 12.5 mg aromasin every 2nd day should be more than sufficient, aromasin would probably do even when taken only ever 3rd day.
