Best anti e for this situation please????

4 weeks in, 10 more to go
Diet is on and training 5 days a week min. really starting to gain size.
Been doing cardio 3-4 days a week as well and that really helping along with diet to keep me leaner this time
600mg Sus a week
400mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - a week
50mg of Turanabol a day
My right nip is starting to feel a tiny bit tender so i want get something to help with that and maybe help dry some of the water bloat out.
Maybe Arimidex or would Femera - letrozole - be better im open to all opinions want to stay away from Nolvadex because of the Deca

An anti-estrogen wont do much to combat bloat from the Deca, since it directly activates the progesterone receptor.

To help reduce estrogen from the Test, Id say the best AI during a cycle is a steroidal AI such as aromasin, formestane and ATD. (The problem with AIFM is that it has DHEA in it, and apparently can cause rashes.)

IMO, steroidal AIs are better than non-steroidal AI’s like Arimidex and Letro because they wont cause the estrogenic rebound… because they are suicidal inhibitors which permanently bind to the aromatase enzyme until its excreted from the body.

Yeah, that's another complaint about aifm. Could be the dehydrating aspect. No one really knows what's in that shit. I'd stay far away from it.

personally I would stay away from the nolvadex because it can upregulate your progesterone receptors even furthering the gyno.

I would run some dostinex/cabaser and some letro
