Best all around Whey Protein Powder???

Hey ya'll,

Just wanted to get some opinions on protein powders. To date, I have used 3 companies: Labrada, EAS and MuscleTech.

My opinions are: EAS - Ok taste and is cheap. I bought a huge bag at Sam's Club for $30 and it lasted 3 months.

MuscleTech - tastes better than EAS but it is very "sticky". I have to keep stirring and stirring otherwise it gums up at the bottom of the glass. I have a hand-held blender and I could not imagine having to mix it on my own. Why is this stuff so sticky?

The Labrada ProV stuff, I found, had the best taste out of anything I had tried. It's very $$$ however.

So, any thoughts and opinions???

I use the EAS for the same reasons you mentioned, great taste, and a great price. I also like the low carb and sugar count it has.

Optinum Nutrition has good powder and it mixes with just a shaker[no blender needed]

I also like ON Whey. Second choice: EAS. Always chocolate.

I think Muscle Milk (especially Chocolate & Banana flavors) makes by far the only truly yummy protein powders. They truly taste like something you'd have just because it tasted great. Even with non-fat milk, they taste like a real milkshake. (not cheap though)

For taste and low cost, I go with ON's Mint Chocolate Chip. It tastes pretty damn good and is really inexpensive, at least round these parts.
