i wanted to know what you guys recommend as an AI, aromasin or liquidex(arimidex)? i want to keep it on hand during my cycle(first cycle) incase i run into any problems such as bloating, gyno, and keep my estrogen levels down.

im reading mixed info/results on it but this is what i'm understanding from what i've read. aromasin inhibits aromatization of testosterone into estrogen (which keep testosterone levels high) and it increase IGF1. where as l-dex(arimidex) destroys the estrogen. correct me if im wrong on this cuz im still a lil confused.

and whatever you guys recommend could you give me doses on how much i should be taking and if i should be taking it EOD or E3D.

any input would be greatly appreciated. thx guys!

Aromasin 10-15 mgs 3 times a week on normal cycles

15-20 on heavier ones

I know lots of people frown at Letrozole, but I think it's the best bang for the buck, especially when you cut the pill into halves or even thirds. It's potent stuff. Some say too potent. I like it. +1 about AIs from AG.

Aromasin @ 12.5mg eod or letro @ 1.25mg eod works well for me. letro is stronger but also makes your libido go down the drain.
