Best advice for 16 year old?

holy cow!! U serious?! What is your diet like? plus how is the routine like? u do one day upper, then lower, then core and repeat?
 
Dame man, sounds good. Umm so our not following a specific diet where it tells you what food to eat etc?

By the way may you please explain your workout split? Is all the upper body on one day? there is like 13 different exercises for upper body, thats why too much for one day, isn't it?
 
7 exercises for 3-4 sets each was what I did at sixteen, but with very high intensity as a was a competitive power lifter. That's what I would recommend, and honestly I'd be pretty dead 12-15 sets in, it doesn't take much if you really squeeze every bit out of every rep.
