besides grilling how do u cook ur chicken?

is grilling the only way to cook chicken? we all know frying is bad..but how about sautee chicken w/veggies and a drop of olive oil? just trying to think of sum ideas thnx

Why is frying bad?

I usually marinade it and broil it, sometimes fry it up in the GF grill.

really i thought frying was bad...grilling and broiling and baking is ok..but if i were to have chicken cutlets which has to be fried in oil i can???

Frying in itself is no better or worse than any other method of cooking your food. The problem with it is that to fry something, you have to use a lot of oil. If you are dieting, it's ok to use as much as 2 tbsps of veg oil when frying, as long as your chicken is skinless.
