They're really good, but not that big actually. I had one yesterday along with a angus steak burger and two 8 piece chicken tenders. I could've eaten all that again twice over no problem.

I lost 15lb in jail so i am willing to bet that i lost some muscle with it.then another 15lb since i have bin back in the gym.I am allmost back to my max 350 bnech though so I know the strangth is comeing back nicely.and I still feel big so fuck it ill try dropping down to 190 and see what happens.biteme said:
