Looking from my phone, nice back development. I can only see 1st pic but looks good for height. Thanks for not going with speedo pics :rainbow:

Okay I can actually see the thumbs now

Overall you have a great physique nothing seems out of balance. Legs look pretty good I've never been a fan of legs that look like they won't fit under steering wheel in a sports car

For you I'm guessing you just want to thicken up and trim some fat. Very nice position to be in good luck

glad you got to take a look,
yeah I want to get really thick overall and improve the drop on my hamstrings,overall arm size could stand to be thicker and of course upper chest and delts.
not too concerned w/ bf I have a very fast metab. (i am at war with it daily trying to put on mass)

THe only imbalance I see is LEG Thickness

FOR Level 2 I might have you do this split:


Week 1:
Day 1 Legs, Abs
Day 2 Back, Bis, traps, side delts
Day 3 Chest, Tris Front Delts
Day 4 Legs, Abs
Day 5 Back, Bis, traps, side delts


Week 2:
Day 1 Legs, Abs
Day 2 Chest, Tris, Front Delts
Day 3 Back, Bis, traps, side delts
Day 4 Legs, Abs
Day 5 Chest, Tris, Front Delts

2 days OFF a week wherever you feel like it, either 1 day at a time or two back to back as in the weekend

Are you wanting to get huge for sole purpose of being huge or do you want to compete?

I think in a few years once im satisfied with size and proportions competing could be fun but I wouldn't do it now to many weaknesses(imo)
plus dieting makes me very cranky I dont think my wife would like me very much! on top of that low calories in my line of work (construction/heavy lifting all day) is a recipe for disaster. I am not a diabetic but without carbs i go hypo and get very pissy and am not a nice person to be around.
so to answer shortly I just want to be friggin big to be big!

Oh man my wife wanted to wax my chest so I let her..... it really hurt, I screamed like a little girl. I think she loved every minute of it!

As Far as Weaknesses guys, EACH physique has some type of unique trait that can turn someone into a winner

Dorian Yates had so many weaknesses yet so many strengths that it made him unique from the rest

cool, can you pick out the parts on the guys in this group that perhaps we should concentrate on that will be our "signiture" bodypart and tell us what to do to make it blow up? :p

I know how construction can be killer on low cals. I still do it as a side job a few times a month, but did full time over every summer but the last few. I never ate breakfast, and ate a sandwich on break, and drank nothing but soda. Lost weight fast and was dehydrated, and got heat exhaustion twice before I learned.
its good thaty you can look ahead and set goals accordingly. I think I might try competing in my late 20s if football doesn't work out, or as a second "job" if I'm coaching. Got a long way to go for either of those though. :)
