Yes there is always room for improvement. Its a neverending challenge, which is why I like it so much.
 
Congrats man, we all know how it feels after you hit something you've longed after. I know when I hit 225 I was ready to go higher and earlier this year I got up to 275 for one rep. Trying to get back up there now clean so we'll see, but would LOVE to hit 300 one day. Again, congrats!

Nice, but how is the squat? Seems like a lot of members are talking about benching and nothing about squatting.

Keep working hard. . you will get the 330lbs and 365lbs!

I haven't maxed out on squat...my knees pop when doing heavy and don't want to fuck em up.

Will deadlift max in two weeks...I think I can hit about 450-500 deadlift max but havent attempted yet...can do 315 three sets of six deadlifting pretty easy...I had a fourth set in me but didn't want to overtrain. Any how will update on deadlift max when i hit it in two weeks :)

Agreed. I remember when I broke 300 and then 315. 315 was a huge mental block. As soon as I got 315 up 325 came fast.

Great work! I'm still working on getting that milestone, myself. I'm working on dlifts to help overall strength and have seen it increase in a short period of time. Keep up the good work, bro!

widen your stance out, and learn to squat PL style.

awesome job bro. I benched 315 x 3 reps last week .. i'd love to rep 315 x 10 like arnold's bud in pumping iron.. satch, you hit 315 yet? and btw , i'm 167, 5' 8. :p
