Will deadlift max in two weeks...I think I can hit about 450-500 deadlift max but havent attempted yet...can do 315 three sets of six deadlifting pretty easy...I had a fourth set in me but didn't want to overtrain. Any how will update on deadlift max when i hit it in two weeks![]()
