NO time for cardio today. This workout took one hour. Any feedback would be appreciated as far as suggested exercises or exercise order. Thanks

Sorry, i should have also stated that my goals are to increase strength but not get any bigger. I have the size. I would like to be at least as strong as i look LOL. In fact, i would like to be leaner but i need to work on the diet for that.:D

Nice workout. Good job on the pr's. I would have put some shoulder work in there too, but on the other hand I don't know your routine so maybe you have another day for that.

Slobberknobber-
Actually i did shoulders the day before. I usually would leave a few days in between shoulders and bench but my schedule for this week got kinda screwed up. For shoulders i did standing barbell OHP, hang cleans, upright BB rows and lateral DB raises

Good job, Smurfy! Looks like you and I are working in the same range. One of the terrific things about this board is that people don't seem to care how much you lift, just that you're lifting.
