I just started training with a 1 ply bench shirt for a comp in about a month, and I cant get the bar all the way down for the bench. ANY TIPS AT ALL PLEASE???
Wet it across the shoulders and chest and use as much as possible to break it in. Also the more you tuck your elbows and bring lower on your chest will help you touch.
