i am obviously benching alot more since im juicing right now, my question is i always want to push myself but i dont want to hurt myself without knowing, so is it safe to give all i got everytime on bench day or should i just take it easy. went from benching 230 max to about 310 in 2 months

I dont see how it can hurt. When your juicing your healing a lot faster I believe. I am not juicing and I bench twice a week once on the flat and once on the incline doing 3 sets of 5 and 2 sets of 3 adding five pounds every week. I am not having a problem at all and I dont see why you would. If you dont feel right then just dont do it.

Learn powerlifter-style form rather than bodybuilder form. If your form works to the best mechanical advantage of your body then it's basically a safe exercise.

You still need to be sensitive to your body, though, and you need to give your tendons chance to keep up with your burgeoning muscle strength. If you get ahces and pains then back off, otherwise work hard to grow and gain.

^^^ pretty much what he said... You'd probably be better off attempting to max once every 3 weeks or so. It's better for you joints to recover and not as demanding on your CNS. I've never juiced so I can't say what it's like, but I would do it progressively because your body will be able to handle it better than going hard every single time and trying to bust your balls. I'm sure you do this already, but bringing up your other core lifts, squats/deads/chins/rows will TREMENDOUSLY help your bench go up. Good luck in what you decide to do.

power all the way.. try static lifting.. that gets me through any issues...

also.. rest rest rest. but feed that muscle..

I would go easy and not max everytime you lift. I know a couple guys that did it that way while they cycled and it worked for them, but I also know guys that tried the same thing and really got messed up.
