Ok, I'm 21, weigh 135 and am getting ready to enter a NASA powerlifting meet in Lexington Kentucky at the end of March(bench press only). I'm not to the pause press and the whole thing in general. Any tips anyone can give me for the first meet? Last years willer for the Pure Novice division was 237 and I can pause close to 270. I just hope I can do that when I get up there!!!!
