how much aifm would reccomend for a powerlifter who wants to raise his test levels without taking steroids? he 47 yrs old and does bench competitions and is looking to do one soon and i told him to try some aifm, it will help him with his strength. how much should he do? hes going to break a record of 600 lbs.

why does he not want to take steroids?
just curious.

are you suggesting that the AIFM will get him that 600 pound bench? If so.......I've got some bad news........

haha no, he could prob get it now hes done 585 before, i just suggested it to raise his testosterone

Sure give it a try. It think it already contains some DHEA, but he can add more orally too. I assume he's taking massive amounts of creatine as well? If not, then that alone plus a little placebo effect should be enough to go from 585 to 600

hes only taking some noxplode before he lifts for energy.

or he could try some d-anabol 25 from the roid store??
its all legal and will probly get him benching closer to 700lb in a couple of weeks. :jenscat

Wow...585 bench and such a lack of knowlege on supps. Oh well. Nevermind that that now. Tell him to take 20 g of CEE daily (maybe more if he's over 300 lbs which i assume he is), and drink a lot of water with it. That alone should be enough.

he knows alot about supps, just not alot works for him, and hes oonly 228 lbs

Spend that money on a better bench shirt imo.

Unless it's 585 raw in which case he's the strongest natural alive already and doesn't need any help :p

First he should go to medical doctor and have his hormone levels tested, next he need to eat more, train harder and also his bench shirt, is it denim? single ply or double ply? that has big role with powerlifting lifts and he should look into training with other powerlifters in his area to assistance and a good push

good luck to him

Kind of got my doubts on how...ahem..."natural" this guy really is if he's actually doing this

he's either not naturall or not pressing 585!
and if he is both then he's the strongest little fucker i've heard of!

definitely another lie about how much someone can bench press....i hate when someone like half my size tells me he can bench like 400 pounds then i see him in teh gym and he only goes half way down and can barely do 225

Can’t he take a little test?

600 lbs, I don’t understand the attraction of weigh lifting for the sake of power lifting,

Who cares what you can lift?

im not sure
but he doesnt have a good bench shirt right now, he just started training with an old one he had left over, he needs to get a good one, the other day the shirt was too tight he couldnt touch his chest with 525

If he's natural, what's his name?

no need to jump all over him, the guy might only be benching 405 raw... bench shirts make it a whole different game. There are plenty of natural PLers in the 405-455 range

Bullshit!
There are no 228lb cats out there benching 600lbs that are natural. NONE!
Just because you can't fathom yourself doing it, doesn't mean there aren't people out there doing it.

I myself know the feeling, I am not naturally (by meaning of genetic strength/tendons, ect) strong at all. I started out struggling with the bar. My little brother on the other hand at <120lbs could bench his weight the 1st time he tried

I wrestled alot with him as a little guy, he was strong as shit then too.

It's not that I can't fathom it - it's that there are no natural powerlifters that bench 600lbs in competition. Simple as that.

What do base that on? I agree it seems farfetched but he might be a genetic anomaly.

Are you suggesting mike's totals were achieved naturally, with the help of AIFM? Or just mentioning he lifts a lot, and sometimes uses that product when he's not 'on' and not competing

I think we've been here before ;)

your telling me, (according to that list) theres some dude benching 750 without steroids? wtf, that blows my mind.

There was a video of a hot looking babe w. dark hair at the Arnold Classic benching some serious weight,I want to say it was 350lbs + and she weighed like 145lbs,I saw it on ELite about 6 months ago, showed it to my buddies and they still thought it was fake...even though it was actual video from the Arnold Classic.....judges and spotters and all,I told them to face reality!

#1 I have been to many natural powerlifting meets
#2 look at the world powerlifting records for natural powerlifters - no 110 kilo class lifters jacking up 600lbs

The girl is Kara Bohigian. She'll be at the Arnold again next weekend.

She uses our SesaPure to keep fat off (that's how she stays a hot babe) and is now using RED Blast for her workouts. If you do a search here you'll see a couple of my posts about her.

Not to get off the topic but how much can a bench shirt improve things? I am 6'1" and 240 lbs and I can bench about 430 which is ten times my age. Will it get me close to 500 lbs? I wanted to try and enter something later this year and if I can reach 500, I might do fairly good.

Does he live in Colorado? I know a guy going to beat that record I think he said in June or whenever the competition is. He is really short russian guy that is stronger than shit. I see him most every night. he was like #2 or three in the U.S.

You never know what cases are that when seeing is not necessarily believing. Did you see their entire workout? MAybe you saw him after he is on his tenth downword set. Quite oftenly I try to train to failure when you walking in at the wrong time will see me struggling to curl a bar with no weights on it. You never know. Even if you did see him walk in that could be the second time that day he went in to destroy his muscles

more like 550-600 if you're a mid 400's raw bencher with strong triceps. From what I've seen.

cue the PLer chiming in that his double denim 'only adds 10lbs to his bench' :p

Well then its his comp for sure that is a shitpot full of weight to bvench no matter how you look at it. This guy straps like five plates around his waist and does tricep dips like they are nothing. He is a damned rock and probably only 5' tall +/- 2". Really cool guy. Good luck to your friend.

I don't believe anybody not on juice, thats 47 or 37 for that matter is benching 600lbs no fucking way ! ( maybe a couple NFL pros in their mid 30's and thats why they get paid millions )
