Benadryl and Clen?

If Iam doing a cycle of Clen- 2wks on 2 off- when should I be taking the Benadryl- every night? I read somewhere every 3rd week.

I think she has it confused with DNP as you take Benadryl with DNP but not clen.

if u take clen with ketotifin (sp? if u need it i can look it up...) u dont need to cycle. i took clen before but i hated it.

I am VERY interested in doing DNP and have done alot of studying on it. Have you done it? If anyone has first hand feedback, I'd love to hear from you.

Done it and would never EVER recommend anyone doing it. It is they most toxic substance you can put in you body. It is much better to lose it the good old fashioned way then risk your life with DNP.
