Belly, Lovehandle Fat!

Really need to get rid of it! i have a good upper body but my belly and sides are ruining it for me, whats the best way to cut this off?
 
You cant spot reduce. Lowering your overall body fat will be the way to get that done. Supra had some good ideas...I would suggest keeping the sodium intake low and drinking more water.

Whats your body fat % now?
 
not sure at the moment, my stomach waist is the only disapointting thing, need to cut it out!

You're in the same boat as me. That fat around the waist is one of the hardest to get off. I found the best way was to simply cut my daily intake of calories in half, and make sure the foods im eating are very health. A good diet and some cardio will zap that right off you in no time. Make sure that you do some cardio atleast 4-5 times a week, with atleast 30 minutes of it a day. If you cant do 30 minutes at once than break it up into 15minutes twice a day. Do simple things like jogging, pushups, situps, jump roping. Anything that will bring your heartrate up, and just chance up what your doing every couple of minutes until you get to your designated time.

Man its all genetics to answer the question of how long till you see results. You have to approch cutting fat with the understanding that rome wasnt built in a day. SOme guys can drink beer and eat crap...lift and still have a 6pack. Other guys can eat fairly clean and maybe show a 4 pack tops. If you eat strict (and that means no cheat meals and super clean cals) even poor genetics SHOULD start tosee results in 4weeks. That doesnt mean at your goal it just means start to see some reults for the hard work.

I can only say how it worked for me. I had a 45inch waist when i first started working on getting back in shape, within 2 months i managed to get down to a 38 inch. For my body to have maintained its same weight i had to consume around 3,000 calories daily. I cut mine down pretty extreme, i went down to 500-1000 calories a day, and did atleast 2hours of some type of activity a day. I dont advise cutting your calories down as much as i did, simply because its not exactly healthy and not everyones body can maintain itself like mine did.

The big thing is trying to do more cardio. The longer you can keep that heart rate up then the more calories your gonna be burning.
 
hey guys ive read in a few dissucion forums in other sites that yohimbine is good for targeting fat in the mid section as it has something to do with blocking the beta recepters so as long as you have a good clean diet it should work.
