Hi I'm new on this thing. I never work out before so I don't know if I'm doing the right thing or what. I'm 5'2" and I weigh 125lbs.
I started working out 2 weeks ago and I lost 6 lbs now. I only use the treadmill and try to stop eating rice ( I used to eat rice 3 times a day before) I think it's an Asian thing. But the thing is I have a small hip and a lil bit small butt so it hard for me coz when I lose weight I'm losing the small butt that I have too. So I need help what should I do??? I need to lose my big belly and also I forgot to mention my arm is a lil bit big too. How can I lose the belly and reduce the size of my arms but to enlarge the butt and the hip!!! Please help me what should I do?
